'We're All Kids & Dreamers'

As most of you know, Blair loved the actress Drew Barrymore.

They shared the same free spirit, identical looks when they were younger, a strong love for music, and they were both dreamers.

Recently, a movie called "My Date with Drew" was released. It is a story about a normal guy from New Jersey, named Brian, who wanted his dream to come true. Here is a quick synopsis of the movie:

Here's the deal. Brian has been crazy about Drew since the 2nd grade when he first saw her in E.T. So now it's 20 years later and he figured since she hasn't come knockin' on his door, he's gonna have to make the first move.

Problem...

She's Drew Barrymore!

But wait, it's not as crazy as you might think. See, Brian figured he'd combine his two great passions in life - making movies and Drew Barrymore - and document his quest to meet Drew. That way he will represent the "everyman", and his quest will seem noble... instead of just desperate.

So now Brian has 30 days and $1,100 to get a date with Drew Barrymore.

Armed only with steadfast determination and an uninsured video camera, Brian will summon the powers of the "Six Degrees of Separation", figuring he must know somebody who knows somebody who knows somebody who knows Drew.

Don't worry, it's not like he's expecting a relationship or anything. He's just talking about one dinner here. Heck, the girl's gotta eat, right?

This is a movie for anyone who's ever imagined doing something they believe in. But despite the odds, Brian finds encouragement in the words of Drew Barrymore...

"IF YOU DON'T TAKE RISKS, YOU'LL HAVE A WASTED SOUL."

I HIGHLY recommend this movie! Remember, WE ARE ALL KIDS & DREAMERS AT HEART, and this movie may help people believe this again.

Plus, you will get to see what an amazing person Blair's favorite actress, Drew, really is.

Give Hope a Chance.
